Our Commitment
Da Offset, LLC is committed to ensuring that www.daoffset.com is accessible to everyone, including people with visual, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities. We have taken proactive steps to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice and applied in ADA Title III cases.
What We Have Done
Our accessibility effort goes beyond surface-level fixes. We have undertaken the following:

Source-Code Remediation — our underlying HTML, CSS, and JavaScript has been audited and corrected to remove accessibility barriers at the code level, not patched over with an overlay widget.

Google Lighthouse Audit — our audited store pages have been tested and achieve a 100% accessibility score under Google Lighthouse.

Image Alternative Text — product images include descriptive alternative text so screen reader users can understand product details including brand, model, size, and finish.

Accessibility Toolbar — a custom accessibility widget (the figure icon in the lower-left corner of every page) allows visitors to adjust display preferences including text size, contrast, and more.

Keyboard Navigation — interactive elements throughout our storefront have been designed and tested for keyboard operability. We continue to refine keyboard navigation as part of our ongoing accessibility work.

Visible Focus Indicators — interactive elements display a visible focus indicator when navigated to with a keyboard, helping users see exactly where they are on the page.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our store is built to industry standards intended for compatibility with screen readers including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver (iOS/macOS), and TalkBack (Android), and with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera on Windows and macOS, as well as mobile browsers on iOS and Android. Some features may render differently across assistive technologies, and we welcome feedback if any element is not behaving as expected.
Ongoing Maintenance
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review our store regularly, including when new products, apps, or theme changes are made, to ensure that new content meets the same standards. We are committed to addressing any issues identified promptly.
Third-Party Content
Some areas of our store rely on third-party hosted technology, including the Shopify-hosted checkout, the Wheel-Size.com fitment calculator embedded on certain pages, and Instagram video posts displayed via the Behold.so social feed integration. The accessibility of these embedded components is controlled by their respective providers — for example, Instagram videos do not include caption tracks via the embed API. Da Offset has remediated all accessibility issues within its direct control, reports identified third-party issues to those providers, and continues to monitor for resolution.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across all pages, recently added features or content may not yet meet every criterion. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining gaps as they are discovered.
Full keyboard navigation in Safari on macOS requires users to enable "Keyboard navigation" in System Settings → Keyboard, or "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" in Safari → Settings → Advanced. This is an Apple system default that affects all websites and is not specific to our store.
